The installation for Turizem Ljubljana at Turistica Faculty is conceived as an experience of the city, where the visitor becomes part of Ljubljana itself.

The project is divided into two interconnected spaces that explore the city beyond its main tourist landmarks, focusing instead on everyday life, creative production, and local communities such as Šiška and Moste.

The first space is designed as a journey through the city via public transport. Real bus seats create an immersive setting, while a 33-minute ambient sound composition builds a layered sonic experience of Ljubljana. Framed visual elements act as “windows” into the city, presenting local craftmakers and creative practices.

The second space is conceived as a co-working and creative environment. It showcases Ljubljana’s creative districts through a curated collection of materials, objects, and references from local studios, highlighting processes, tools, and outcomes of contemporary making.

Together, both rooms form an experiential narrative of Ljubljana shaped by movement, sound, craft, and community — a city experienced through people rather than landmarks.
