The aim of the concept study is to develop a lively residential district with a specific identity
through the involvement and optimization of a part with the existing buildings. The concept
provides a breakdown of the planning area in 5 zones with different types of buildings and
outdoor spaces: public square, daycare and playgrounds, building-assembly houses and
energy center, tree houses, forest edge zone...
